醃燻鮭魚貝果 Smoked Salmon Bagegl

材料 Ingredients
芝麻貝果 Sesame seeds bagel1 個 ea
已切片醃燻鮭魚 Sliced smoked salmon2 片 slice
蝦夷蔥-洋蔥口味奶油乳酪 Chive-onion cream cheese 2 大匙 Tbs
細紅洋蔥絲 Fine red onion julienne 2 大匙 Tbs
續隨子酸豆 Caper 1 小匙 tsp
烤麵包佐醃燻鮭魚圖片


做法
1.貝果橫切成兩片後放進烤箱烤到金黃。
2. 取出貝果。底部那片塗上2 大匙奶油乳酪,上放2片鮭魚,再加上2大匙洋蔥斯和1小匙酸豆。蓋上另一片貝果即可食用。



PROCEDURE
1.Horizontally cut the bagel in half. Toast both pieces until golden brown.
2.Spread 2 tbs of cream cheese on the bottom of the bagel then place 2 slices of smoked salmon on top of it. Top it with 2 tbs of red onion and 1 tsp of caper. Cover with the other piece of the bagel.
